With origins in ancient Aztec culture, tortillas have been a staple of Mexican cuisine for thousands of years. We work hard to produce the tastiest corn tortillas you've ever had using a process rooted in this ancient tradition! Our tortillas consist of just three ingredients: corn, water, and limestone. We shy away from preservatives and additives in order to highlight the unique tastes of the diverse varieties of corn we use for our tortillas. We also are expanding into the tortilla chip world and we would love for you to try it all.
