Fresh Nixtamalized Corn Tortillas — By the Kilo (Pickup Only)

Our tortillas are made the traditional way using nixtamalized corn — whole corn cooked with calcium hydroxide, stone-milled into fresh masa, and cooked the same day.

This slower, more intentional process brings out a deeper corn flavor, better texture, and tortillas that perform beautifully for tacos, quesadillas, and everyday meals.

What you’re getting

  • 1 kilo of fresh corn tortillas (minimum order: 1 kilo)

  • Approximately 40 tortillas per kilo (6-inch tortillas)

  • Made fresh the day of pickup

  • Never refrigerated

  • Wrapped in butcher paper, tortillería-style

Best enjoyed the same day or the next day.

Our corn & farmers
We source our corn from trusted regional growers who share our values around soil health, transparency, and flavor — including Meadowlark Organics and Heartland Craft Grains. Supporting these farmers allows us to make better tortillas while strengthening a more resilient local grain system.

Giving back
For every kilo sold, we donate $2 to REAP Food Group — a local organization that has been incredibly supportive of us and works to build a stronger, more equitable food system. Your tortilla order helps fund that work.

Corn varieties
Corn color varies depending on what we’re milling that week (white, blue, or yellow). Availability changes weekly.
